Hi Frank, I am sorry, but the only browser I have been able to use that makes Candy Crush work is Firefox. You can download it for free if you want to try it. The other browsers don't work for me.

In firefox, in the upper left corner of the box where you enter the URL is a Shield Icon. Left click to list the drop down menu. You need shut off Enhanced Tracking Protection for the URL you use for Candy Crush.

I finally was able to log in again! I had to click on the shield to the left of where you enter the url in the browser and shut off the security for King.com.

Sukanta_Biswas - I masked my email address. No I do not get an error message when I click the login button - when I click the login button the screen just sits there. Yes I tried multiple browser types. Yes I put in my email address (I masked the email address on my screen shot).

If I choose recover password it sends me and email, but still does not allow me to enter a password.

From the USA. Having the exact same problem. The log in box appears and when I enter my login information, absolutely nothing happens. What is the problem?
