it is now Sept 7 and this has been going on for over two weeks. You will lose players if the Episode Race is not fixed. I for one will not spend another cent and waste my money until it is fixed. I am sure a tech company of this size could fix the issue…if they wanted to. They probably want us to buy unnecessary gold bars.

And I’m stuck on level 17242, so where does this problem end? If I knew there was a level where the problem with the race ended, I would buy the bars to get me past it. Does anyone know the answer to this? Is there just no episode race any more above a certain level? If that’s the case, I’ll stop wasting my time, and…

I’m stuck on 17242 without Episode Race, and I have 255 extra moves but only 8 gold bars left. This has been going on and supposedly “Under Investigation” for two weeks now. Unacceptable. Good way to get players to quit their Candy Crush addiction…I certainly won’t purchase any gold bars and can’t earn them on gold chocolate box because I’d need to spend a few. Not spending another penny and I’m considering deleting my account. 😡

I’m not spending another cent on this game until they fix this. It’s been going on far too long. I do a combo of winning races and chocolate boxes, and buy bars when I have to. No longer. Bye for now, Candy Crush! 😡

ok so this looks like the problem dates back until at least Aug 23, and you haven’t been able to fix it yet? I use the Episode and Champions races to save gold bars, but I’ve also been spending money on your game…until now. Not a dime from me until it’s fixed.
