I agree it makes no sense that your teammates can get prizes from the chests but you can’t. Why be part of a team? They say this is not an error and that’s just the way it is now. Not much we can do about it. It doesn’t seem very fair
when I click on the team middle button it only shows 11 players. I only know that there is a new player ”Stephanie” because in chat it said she joined our team and everyone wrote “welcome” to her

what is missing is each of my teams points which was always what you immediately saw when you clicked on the team. See picture that Courtney1999 posted on August 29. I guess that is under soda squad but you click on team to see it.

I am having the same problem but only with this new Strawberry Shortcake video. I also sent a message and got the same canned response. There is a definite problem with this video. It is so frustrating. Please someone should be checking this out and not sending canned responses
I am playing on my iPhone, but I also play on my iPad. I do log in to my King account with my email and password.
