Not sure why they shut down Events when you reach the end of current levels, but it's frustrating. If I have to go much longer without being able to play, they might have cured me of my addiction to this game.

So I have run out of levels to play and am waiting for new levels to be available. But they shut down Events, so I can't play cinema to get more boosters. Also, I am 4 levels away from winning 30 gold in chocolate box. If Events was available, I could change the task and play old levels to get the reward. Frustrating! And…

17839 appears to be impossible without spending a lot of gold, which I can no longer win in the chocolate box. If this is their way of pushing me out of the game, they are succeeding.

Initially they made it sound like the missing gold from the chocolate box was some sort of glitch they were working to fix. Apparently not.

So sad to see Candy Royale is back. Thought they did a survey and everyone hates it. Eliminating the gold reward fron the chocolate box is just about the final straw for me. Obviously, they are trying to force people to spend real money on the game, which I won't do.

Same thing here. I read that you would still get the 40 gold even though it wasn't showing, but I just completed 27 levels (!) to finish the chocolate box, and I got zero gold. Agree this feature is what keeps me playing.
