Thanks I have contacted them via this route already and all they keep doing is sending automated responses saying they will close the ticket. I am really frustrated and have no idea how to fix this. Apple have told me King can resolve this and they are ignoring all contact at the moment.

Hi thanks but I have followed the steps and my ID isn’t visible see below the icon doesn’t come up. I have also contacted King care support a number of times and no one comes back to me. I just get automated emails saying please respond to our email...? It’s all very odd. i need support to restore my game. Not sure what to…
