I'm currently in another country and when I opened Candy Crush app, it shows 0 gold coins, no friends, no display name. It still has my progress level in 9000ish level but that is all. I have Candy Crush app in 2 phones using the same account and both are showing the same condition. I never logged out either. Please help.

I read another post saying there's an issue with logging in but it only affects email with uppercase letters. My email account has no uppercase letters and I'm not connected to facebook account
