I still can’t get my levels on the iPad - but am a little more reassured by your post that I won’t lose everything if things go wrong. I have now logged in on the iPad using the King ID with username and password that I used to login successfully on the phone and this time it puts me at lvl 321

I now tried logging out on the iPhone and logging in again with all the different options - I have managed to get back my level 2759! On the iPhone by logging in with my King ID What do I do next?
