I knew just by continuing to play the same level I had been stuck on for days. Finally the extra moves appeared. Then I went to the app updates just to check and saw that my version had gotten a new update.

I’m still having this same problem with no internet connection and I have been following all the recommended “fixes” from your support emails. I have nothing left to try so hopefully this is a server problem which King will fix. I don’t have a Facebook account so that is the one thing I am unable to try.

But Why? Seriously - why on earth would they do this. If you desire a switch - and you make sure you hit the hand switch icon - why would you expect the color bomb to explode? I have the same issues occasionally. Especially the one where the ball goes off when switched. Apparently it is becoming an issue which needs to be addressed.
