I was able to get things to work on my iPhone. The Samsung tablet seems to have logged in through Facebook and will not let me log out. Pleasehelp!

I followed your instructions on both devices with the same result. It logs me in to my profile fine. It plays fine and gave me daily reward fine. It simply thinks there is no internet when I try to claim the gifts. I get the same page shown in original question.

Hi driller! Which model of Android do you have? I have seen other threads where certain older phone models are no longer compatible with the game. It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing the game to see if it solves the issue. You might also…

If it's up to date then check how much free space you have left on your mobile. Leaving at least 1gb free is ideal for Apps to run optimally. I have 6G free space left, I have cleared cache,uninstalled and reinstalled and updated app. Still closes during play.
