I am really struggling with level 12988. Stuck for days and have thrown all my boosters at it and used many gold bars for extra moves. So infuriating- almost at the point of giving up altogether

I have had this problem with dexter for the last two weeks - got the green candies, received the lollipop hammer then nothing. I did however get several onscreen messages that there was still time to help dexter !!! A little irritating when dexter had disappeared!

I have just encountered this problem since downloading the most recent update yesterday- I am connected to the internet and my broadband speed is fine , but my picture and one or two others just appear as spinning rings!

Does king even take notice of our comments? These timed boosters are useless and most infuriating! Why don’t we see any comments from king as to why they are still giving timed boosters ( I think we all know the reason but it would be nice to hear them explain)!

I don’t mind them adding 60 new levels ( although personally I have only received a maximum of 45), but I DO want the timed boosters SCRAPPED! The sooner this happens the better-I don’t play the game as much now and I refuse to buy boosters ( something which I did infrequently when I was totally stuck on a level for a long…

I also understood all would be returned to normal in August. The game is far less enjoyable now and I don’t play as often. I will not purchase any boosters so if the changes are designed to make more people spend on them I think king have failed!

I am in the Uk and get mostly timed boosters on sugar drops with the very occasional gold bar. The daily spin gives untimed booster and the daily treat varies. Really fed up with this now-we were told on this site some weeks ago that matters would be put right in August, but nothing has happened!

I thought I read it would be by the end of August but I am still getting them both on sugar drops and daily treat calendar- really fed up of them. I don’t play as much now and am considering giving up on the game altogether.

I seem to remember that we were promised timed sugar drops would be scrapped and ordinary drops would be reinstated in August. It is now September and I still have the timed ones- what is happening?

I have this problem as well. I have logged out and back in again but still cannot receive lives that I know have been sent. It seems that the lives I send are also not being received. 

I agree it’s time to get rid of these useless timed sugar drops. I am in the waiting room again and cannot collect and store boosters for when the new levels come out. It’s been like this for well over a month now which means I don’t play the game half as much as I used to. There is no point!

I totally agree! Timed drops are useless and often cannot be used! Bring back he old system when we could choose when and how to use them.

I have the timed sugar drops and they are useless! Hope they reinstate the ordinary ones in the very near future. The timed ones are very frustrating as often you lose them because you have no lives left!
