I know I won the contest too but NEVER received a prize of three party piñatas. This is not the only time it’s happened to me. The “lovely leaderboard” has been anything but lovely. Fix these issues! QueenB are you out there?
I forgot to mention that you need to go to a computer browser to this page and at the bottom is a link "Contact Us." That's what prompted a fast reply.
If you feel that you were due a reward and didn't get it, write to the support desk. That happened to me before and they were surprisingly responsive. They can look up your account and give you a reward if you earned it. I gave my Facebook account info so they knew how to find my account.
I'm having this issue too, again! I posted about the "Lovely Leaderboard" last weekend when they had the purple hearts contest. Obviously King has server issues and doesn't care to fix them.
