On my next turn, after playing this level over 50 times, I used a precious flying saucer in my first turn. It destroyed both cakes. After that it was easy but that last key never dropped. I spun for extra moves and won. I never saw the last key, although it may have come and gone too quickly with all the explosive moves.…

Me too. Last key usually won’t drop at all on my iPhone, which is the only platform/device that I play on.😢😢. Twice the last key dropped on my last move, too late to win.
