I’ve lost it all by deleting and reinstalling!

I’m not for sure how to clean an app cache!

I’ve logged in and out multiple times but it doesn’t help. Shut my phone off, that didn’t help. Actually reached out to their help desk.. Their final suggestion was to delete the app and reinstall! They did not indicate they were having any issues! So for now.. I’ll wait it out. Not going to risk losing all my stuff!…

It’s still messed up.. they say the only fix is to delete snd reinstall.. not going to do that.. I’d lose too many boosters and lives… I have too many to lose and they can’t replace them., I’m at level 6170.. I’ve invested a lot of time and some money to get this far and acquire what I have. I’ll just wait a while and see…

Mine is gone but I haven’t noticed any new features that would replace it.
