I haven't been able to even start the board before I get the 'no targets' message. Ok... but I'm not using Chrome or playing it in Chrome. I'm using the flash player version so I'm not sure how that helps me.

Welcome to windows 10 where clear cache isn't a thing apparently. Just went into settings and it can't find it in a search.

I'm not on an app. I play on my laptop and have none of those options in the PC version other than restarting the computer which I WILL give a shot.
