Nvm…the Gods have answered and the game has been fixed. Not sure what happend. I think I've exited the game and opened it up again. And it has the old save file with a king account and the save file is saved. Ufff……I really felt bad for her. Over 16000 levels in 10 years. Thank you for your time. And thanks to the universe.

"If they don't reply to the original automated email until someone helps." I just receive the mail from them. It's an automated AI response. I replied to the email. I need to keep on replying (let's say, one mail/day) until someone (a real human) can help me ? Is this the way ?

I think she clicked disconnect here, on that image that you provided. She basicly didn't save her progress.

Thanks for the response. What she did was click disconnect, from what she told. I don't think she had a king account. I think she clicked a new account now and even played the first 10 levels. As you said in the first part of your reply. So, she has a new account, where she played 10 levels, and is connected with facebook.…
