  • I contacted King Support Saturday, after clearing the board at least 10 times with over 5 moves left and never getting the final cherry. The issue was resolved today.

  • I am also having this same issue with 9170. Of course it is when I'm Fastest to the Finish and was about to win 25 gold bars! I hope my competition is having the same problem too!
