Yep I’ve been like this for a couple of weeks I give lives and request them - every week there seems to be a new problem just wished they’d sort it out

I had a message from the support team to delete app and reinstall it it worked but remember to make sure you know what level you were up to I got put back several levels this has been corrected after getting in touch but to be honest not receiving a lot of lives and I refuse to buy at the moment so not fully happy.

I know I’ve been playing for years to and it was bad enough limiting lives now I’m not getting any and I agree it time they did something to fix it.

Glad it’s not just me😂even though it’s frustrating and still won’t load this am either.

I have received about 3 lives from friends in over a week I have requested lives everyday two three times a day but with the restriction on lives weeks ago and now this I’m afraid it has completely spoiled the game will find something else from now on.

I’m actually thinking of removing the game now that I’m not receiving any lives
