Hi is anyone able to help us? I have sent in a problem to Candy Crush giving them all the details but as yet no one has come back to me. Its been 3 days now that Im still getting this error.

Im guessing Candy crush are losing money here. Which they wont want!

Nope I am still having the same issue just dont get it? I am playing via facebook on my laptop and still this even tho I have changed my account card in case it was that.

Hi yes done all the above. I play it on my laptop through facebook. All other games working fine and can purchase gold :/
