There's obviously been a change in the game then because I NEVER collected the rewards on Monday, I always waited until Wednesdays to collect because that's when the 6hrs of color bombs and wrap combos were the most beneficial to use; I'd use them when the new levels dropped. The game hasn't been enjoyable since they removed the sugar drops. I used to play several times throughout the day, but now I only play when new levels are available
