• Really? No one knows the answer? For your information, I've tried all of the suggestions....none of them work. I can log in to my husband's facebook on the same laptop and his works fine!

• It has nothing to do with Windows 10 or being updated. I can't get mine to load but I can log in to my husbands facebook and his candy crush loads just fine.

• Mine is doing the same thing!! It's not facebook or my computer either! I can log in to my husbands facebook and play his game and it works fine! No one answers the question!

• I'm having the same issue Level 2012. I know it's not the computer because I can log in to my husbands facebook and play his Candy Crush game and it loads and works fine.
