Gifted lives and power ups are stored on the player’s device so I could be wrong but I don’t see how this would help. It was them that added the option to add friends inside the game which promoted the ability to stock up on gifted lives as well, so none of it really makes sense.

I agree. Once revenue declines they’ll most likely return it to the way it was. By that time though, many players will have already found games they like more.

This exactly! I don’t think they realize the impact this is going to have. I am at level 5000+ and have spent money multiple times on power ups and gold bars over the last 10 years. However I will NOT spend money on lives and I will not mess up my fitness tracking on my watch by changing the time on my phone. I will use my…

If you use an Apple Watch for fitness tracking, doing this messes up the tracking. I’m at level 5k + and will use the lives I have then move on to something else.
