The keys drop at 31, 26, 21, 16, and 11. Leaving only 10 moves to clear 6 fruit one at a time...the 2nd only appears after the first clears, the 3rd after the second clears, etc. To clear the level, it seems as though you must be VERY lucky or spend money to purchase extra moves.
