Many thanks for that just the level is fabulous, only problem we tried to log in and it still shows level 1, do we have to reinstall or how do we get back to the new update, sorry to be a pain

Hi , I hope I am replying correctly. you ask for the id number - ID11948313882 when i lost my progress i think i was on level 811 but i know for definite on the 03/09/2020 at 20:01 i was on 793 , many thanks
