Hi @Crazy Cat Lad the level was not fixed. It can’t be done in the number of moved allotted. Not spending bars for extra. Either moves need to be upped to 38 or frequency of drops increased

You bought extra moves with gold bars. I am not wasting bars on a defective level. I will just quit til it’s fixed.

Echoing - 12339 complaints. Not enough moves to get licorice down. With the 3 extra moves I’ve gotten close but normally 3 left. Don’t want to spend bars on a defective level.

It doesn’t seem to be fixed.

Used the form to report. Still no response. This is odd. It has worked in past. Not in spam folder.

I have already contacted player support in the game. No response. This happened once before and also was never resolved. I just cut my playing time when it happens.

Also I already tried player support. I got a form email then no further response. Is there a phone number or so direct channel? I’m ready to quit the game in frustration.

I did not purchase the bars. I won them in game. Also won the chocolate box. Need them put back in my account They were deleted due to a game glitch of some sort. I did get infinite lives for a while during it oddly but didn’t particularly want them. Please credit my account.

10150 is impossible. In videos it had many more moves plus the meringue disappears after 2 hits. Please fix it.
