So where are the lives and how do I get them

So those lives should be in the envelop. Why aren’t they showing up and how do I get them because I’ve earned them

Under fun events but I get most of them when I level up

I’m winning 5 free lives at a time not unlimited lives

I’ve won them from playing challenges and being number one on letterboard.

I have a king account but I don’t have Facebook. There aren’t any lives showing on the envelop. But I know I’ve received them at least 20 fin not more 

I understand that response. Ok that’s not the amount of free lives I’ve received. Where are the free lives I’ve received. When I’m out of the 5 lives given I’m still unable to use my free lives. Where are they

While playing the game I’ve received 212 free lives. When my normal 5 lives that are given are used up it’s not allowing me to use those free lives
