I'm also unable to access the Royalty program for 4 days now. I wrote to support got generic reply. Wrote again and no reply in 4 days. Why have support if no one actually reads the email. It's gotten to be a sad state of affairs at King.

I'm on level 11322 and can't beat it. Day 3 of trying. I looked up video on the level and none are like the one in my game.
