How to I download from the App Store when I already have it downloaded? I honestly believe it’s an issue not including my iPad. I honestly don’t know where I am playing from or on. I have been playing this game for 10 years give or take. Any suggestions? lisa

When I open my candy crush game on my iPad, it won’t load and goes back to the Home Screen. My software is updated, I have 10GB available, and a strong Wi-Fi. I have reached the 3000 level, with many boosters. I don’t want to delete app and lose that progress. What is going on?
