Who the heck came up with the idea to change this level from 30 moves to 18?

There is no way possible to beat this level! I’ve used all kinds of boosters, but it doesn’t help if the frosted blocks aren’t there to be destroyed! Please fix this!!

So.. level 9490... all the tutorial vids I see have a color bomb drop at the top, plus more moves. This is frustratingly hard. I don't mind fun hard, but this is awful. How is this not labeled nightmare?
