has the connection issue been fixed? I still can’t get into my shops

i want to delete my account and games. The shop is not working and I have done everything

it’s on my iPad I updated yesterday to IOS 18.2 offloaded the game, loaded it again, cleared my cache and the shop won’t connect. I’m on level 4235. I don’t know what to do. I even loaded it on my phone and same thing. I’m wondering if Apple update did something

I’ve done all of this and still can’t access the shop to buy bars
