  • Does that mean you're trying to connect the game app (assuming you have it installed on W10) or are you playing in a browser from Facebook or King.com?? I am not always on Facebook and play on W10 app .However, I do not want to lose my progress. I "have no access to the kingdom" on the app for two days.. Why?
