ok I’m about to give up! 4 days of trying to get this sorted... I reply to the emails and then all I get is... sorry we haven’t heard from you for 24hrs so we will now close this case 🤬 please advise what I do now?! Worst customer service ever

I asked them that and they said they could, they then told me to log out and back in again... did that yesterday and still nothing?! It’s all just the same... my map is the same as the picture above

I have already done all of that they said my user id didn’t have any progress but my email did and then asked me to delete and unlink from fb then go back in and resync did all that and still the same!

I have got the same problem and after numerous emails it still hasn’t been solved! I just keep receiving messages redirecting me to here?!
