Support replied to my email with a guide on what to do when you complete all levels and await for new ones, not exactly what I asked so I replied again with my query 😅 fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Double checked and the Country indicated below my name is United Kingdom, I play on 2 iPhones and don’t get the tournament on either! Don’t have Facebook but I have a King account to save the game. looks like I’m just unlucky 😅 Thank you for all the advice!
