"When I try to play it says error trying to connect to Amazon Appstore." As of today, 6/23/21, this issue remains.

Clearly, based on the number of posts about Crush not loading, there is a technical problem with the app. Hopefully, this will be corrected soon. Btw, in an earlier post from Community_Team, backing up / saving is suggested. If one cannot launch the app, how can one back up / save?
