Hi Combo, Thanks for your reply. I have already gone through the questions raised for similar issue. A factory reset of the phone doesn't sound like the only solution to me. I have a feeling that this is due to some issue with the latest update launched for Windows phones and maybe I have to wait it out till they fix this…
