So far I've replied to those emails with "need help" multiple times and all that happens is that I keep getting the same auto-generated emails back. Is there seriously no actual customer support/ service? No one to contact? That's what I'm starting to think....

Yeah, I've filled out that form 3-4 times now with absolutely zero responses. Was wondering if there was any other way to actually get in touch with someone who could help. I guess not.
