This problem has not been resolved. Apple told me to contact developer also and I have not received anything but automated help. I don't have a Facebook Acct, I just downloaded onto my iPad and play for 2 years and now this problem for about 10 days. My I pad is iPad Air 2 iOS 12 3.1
