Go to "Games" and REMOVE Alphabetty. Restart the Browser. Go to "Games" and PLAY Alphabetty Saga!! Amazing!! Tried this. Did nothing for me. Still won't load.

I don't have an answer, but I have been asking the same question for weeks now. I have had no answers from the King people and I think they just don't care. I've basically given up on the game, but I check every now and then to see if it will load. 

No answer for you, but I have had this problem for nearly 3 weeks now. I've basically given up on playing it ever again. I just check every now and then just in case it does load, but no luck.
