It's the generic response support sends to everyone. They won't do anything unless there's an impact on their bottom line. I honestly don't know if there has been. Maybe there aren't enough of us complaining. Maybe most of their customers don't care. We may just be stuck with this. Maybe it's time to move on
This update on Lives was done to encourage you to use the lives feature the way it’s meant to be used, which is exchanging lives with others on a daily basis rather than accumulating them. What does this mean??? If we were just accumulating them, who would be complaining about the limit? I exchanged lives everday. All of…
Maybe I'm being foolishly optimistic, but I believe this change is hitting their revenue flow really hard. Someone in management is going to pull the plug and they'll get rid of these restrictions. Resist any temptation to spend money on this game. It may take a while, but I believe they will back down. Why do you think…
I was so bummed! My android told me there was an update for Candy Crush. I got all excited for nothing. I don't know what was updated, but I'm still stuck with these awful restrictions!
I'm curious about what's going on in the game. I have over 700 lives left. At 20 a day it's going to take close to a month to get below 200. At that point I expect to restart receiving lives from my friends. I haven't bothered requesting lives as what would be the point? What I don't understand is that I'm still receiving…
I've been trying to communicate with customer support. I think they have gotten tired of me. The initial messages were generic. As I pushed, a little personality came out in the messages. I was looking for information on the impact this change has had on King's revenue. For the hundreds of people complaining on this forum…
They must experience a loss in revenue to reverse this terrible change. Do not buy boosters, bars or lives. Better yet, don't play the game. Take the opportunity to see what else is available from other sources. It's going to take a while, maybe a week or a month, but they will change it back. They're not idiots.
