Doesn't make any sense, all this advertising for it on the radio etc and there's no directions of how to get it. On the Heart FM page it says the promotion is closed!?

Hi, I'm in the UK, but still no all stars, I've logged out, logged back in, have the latest version.. Not sure why its made so complicated! Has anyone managed to get it yet?
