Hi :) i’ve never signed in via Facebook, I just signed in with email ... I never received any error messages, just happen to log into play the game and I was down at one. Here’s a screenshot of my current map.

I’ve done all those things numerous times and I’ve sent a message to player support. How long should I wait to hear back from them? It’s been four days.
