  • Hi Snow_Rider, The game is 449, Enigma Estate level 8941. I had completed the game and then the screen froze. The only way I could get out of it was to close the game and then of course when I went back in finishing the game was not registered and I was expected to play the game again.

  • I notice this issue was raised in March 22 and still persists in January 2025. Seems like this company doesn't listen and give any support for it's many members who pay 1000's of £'s into their coffers. If I wasn't so addicted (which is what it's all about really) I would wipe the app from my phone.
