Why is Bubble Witch 3 saga freezing?
I am constantly having to turn off and restart my iPhone 5 SE second edition to unfreeze my phone when playing this game. I am trying to play level 6722. It mostly happens when trying to pay for extras. Maybe it's the games way of telling me to stop wasting my money this way. I notice that the most current posts for this fault are dated 2019. Is it really plausible that it has been four years since this was an issue? I probably don't want to waste my time trying endless fixes. This is more to have a gripe, because I am really annoyed. 26/11/23.

Hi Johamilton, thanks for reaching out. I have been logging off because that is the only way I can unfreeze my phone, but it makes no difference. I followed a thread dated 8th November which stated "Soon it will no longer be possible to play Bubble Witch 3 Saga on iOS 11. That means that if your device uses iOS 11, you won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events." my phone is up to date and I am running version iOS 17.11. Hello PrettyBubbles and thanks for your interest in this issue. I clicked on "here" in your message and see that other members have similar issues with this game at the moment. I think I have previously stated that I have shut off my iPhone, waited a few seconds and then started again to no avail. I have found a work around for me until this known issue is resolved. My phone freezes when I try to make a purchase. If I go to turn my phone off I get two options to "slide off" and to "cancel" if I select cancel I am returned to the game and my transaction is cancelled. If I try this three or four times I am eventually able to make a purchase without my iPhone freezing. Not completely satisfactory, but it will suffice until bug is fixed. Otherwise I can just keep playing a level until I finally win and at least this way I am not contributing to the coffers. LOL. regards

Hello again PrettyBubbles and thanks for another comment. I have waited a few days to see if things are resolved before contacting you. I can report that the issues with Bubble Witch 3 Saga appear to have been resolved but, have now surfaced with Candy Crush Friends. When attempting to make a purchase the game freezes. I go to switch my phone off and get two options "slide to turn off" or "cancel" if I select cancel the wheel starts turning again and then "whoops an error has happened, you won't be charged" I make a purchase attempt again and this time it goes through. Just all too weird and annoying. Any constructive thoughts please?
