Hi Christine.. I’ve been in touch with King Support snd apparently there are no faults with my game board and it’s been tested and has a normal pass rate 🤷🏻♀️Do I contact support through the game app to see if they will refund the gold bars?
Hi @QueenB I had to resort to buying gold bars for extra moves.. this the only way I could pass the level. I did not want to spend money but couldn’t see any other way.
