@Pummy_Raj Thank you for your response. I use my mobile, very occasionally I will use the PC. I use Facebook. I am unable to find a King User ID. I followed the link and the instructions given, it asked me to log in but none of the details I provide allows me to sign in.

I am having this exact same issue on my iPhone. For several weeks I have been unable to collect the daily win prize, even though the ticket section is full. I have tried a few self help things, including deleting the app and reinstalled.
