Just bumping this up again as I’ve just bought an iphone12 and this same notch issue as shown earlier in this thread is happening with this model too. Like @jenny_b showed before in her photo. makes it hard to see what’s going on. any ideas @QueenMia ? thanks

@QueenMia and @bearwithme thank you for trying to help me. Im using an iPhone 6plus but I may need to update the iOS and see if that resolves the issue. So far it’s not offering ios14 . Will see how I go. cheers

Hi @QueenMia Ive cleared the cache, have the latest update and restarted phone and logged out and back in with Facebook. Didn’t work before. Tried again this morning and it actually let me play a few rounds of Olivias enclave til I ran out of lives. but on returning to the game this afternoon it’s just shutting down every…

@QueenMia I have Olivia’s enclave ( no sign of Misty so that’s not an issue 😁 ) But it’s crashing the minute I try to play level 1. Tried all the suggestions of logging out, clearing cache, updating the app etc etc. still crashing 🤷🏼♀️ Not sure what else I can do.

Cleared the cache, tried everything again. the event is still there but still crashes the minute you try to play level 1.

I wasn’t able to get Olivia as a character last time . but this time every time I go to play a level/round, I click play, it goes to the loading pic for a few seconds then the app shuts down. ive got the latest update and I’ve turned phone on and off again and it still does the same thing. any ideas?
