  • As an update, candy necklace / win streak is finally back to me ! I didn’t do anything specific, just keep updating the app and all of a sudden this morning, after playing an old level, it is back. this cone and go “test” (I assume) thing is really annoying to players I will say…
  • Same issue +1 In addition, I also experienced: Daily Win is gone at the same time as Win Streak (Candy necklace) The same player top the 'levels this week' leaderboard for the past 6 weeks with over 5,000 levels per week which is impossible What a heck !
  • @Freddy_ @Alienscar That’s my key point, how on earth can one achieve levels more than avail…. Anyway, appreciated very much yr time to feedback and I did what u suggested by reporting the issue to support cheers.
  • Hi there, report continue…. Again, the same player achieved 5027 levels last week ! Really annoying…. @Alienscar thanks for yr suggestion. Agree that this leaderboard wins nothing valuable (not even any price now) but this is a game feature, someone like me would love to be involved in this and/or other game features….
  • Hi kiara_wael, thanks for yr prompt reply, my key point is, how can a player practically achieved, 5,000, 5,000 and 9,723 in the past 3 weeks ? as u said, there are just 9,890 levels available…. This is an obvious issue to me. anyway, looking forwarding to receiving an official explanation from the game team.

  • Hi there, I’m glad to advise that F5 is finally back today with the new 7000 pts target. so that the only missing issue is “Daily Win”. Please keep up the good work with this fixed as soon as u can. Thanks
  • Thanks for yr prompt reply, in specific, for (1), I did the followings: logout, quit app, power down/up device, start game, re-logon however, fantastic five still got stuck at 00d 00h 00min !! please let me know if there is a “sequence” that I can follow to rectify fantastic five issue. At the same time, I also confirm…
  • Same issue with me, this happened since 2 weeks before, I am hoping that it’ll be back by itself but didn’t; in addition, fantastic five is not working too, I can see it, but it just stops at 00d 00h 00min....... I tried to logout/login my account; upgrade the app but all in vain!!! Really disappointed !!!!
