I have done exactly that several times over the weekend. So far I've received standard replies referring to lost boosters. When is somebody going to actually resolve the missing gold bar delivery that I purchased?

I am also missing gold bars purchased. When I email support I get a bot response referring to boosters. This is unacceptable. I would like to receive what I purchased in good faith without further delay - or a full refund
