Why do I keep getting a Restart Required message?

Extra moves
I see that when I can't pass a level I can now accumulate 165 additional moves. That's all well and good...but I can't earn enough gold bars to use them. Seriously this whole limitation on lives has ruined everything.

My game keeps showing that I used 20 lives. It never refreshes. Please help.

My inbox shows that I used 20 lives today, but I did not. Now I can't use any.

Stuck
I have been stuck on 12067 for a week because I have no boosters and can't get extra lives any more. Very frustrating. All levels now are nightmarishly hard. You guys have got to give us something!
