Level 5621 is not winable without specials
The problem as I see it, is the only way to beat this level, is to get a color bomb next to a striped or a wrapped candy. After playing this level for three days and probably 100 tries, I have gotten that combination only one time. That got me almost nowhere and still the bombs exploded before I could get to them.
