I see charges on 11/4 and 11/5 but I did not authorize it. Now it is out of control. I've lost placement in my game due to this error. When is it going to be fixed?
I was requesting purchase of 500 bars 3 times and system said opps. No bars were added but was charged.
Help. System is just sitting there.
